Cherwell District Council is reaching out to residents across the district to take part in its Residents’ Satisfaction Survey and have their say on local services.
By participating, residents can share experiences and offer feedback on a wide range of council services, including waste collection and recycling, street cleaning, housing, planning, and leisure facilities.
Every response will help the council understand the needs and priorities of Cherwell’s communities, making it possible to focus on what matters most to residents.
Councillor Chris Brant, Portfolio Holder for Corporate Services, said: “The insights of residents are crucial for shaping our future priorities and services. This survey gives everyone a direct opportunity to tell us what’s working well, where we should improve and how we can ensure our services provide value for money.
“We want to hear from everyone, and I encourage you to take a few minutes to share your thoughts. Together, we can create communities that better meet the needs of everyone who calls Cherwell home.”
The survey, conducted in partnership with independent research agency Marketing Means, can be completed online at cherwell.citizenspace.com
All responses are confidential, and the survey is open until 13 December 2024.
Alternative formats and assistance are available by contacting Marketing Means on 0800 849 4019. The council’s customer services team can help with additional questions on 01295 227001.
