ENV14 Renewable Energy and Sustainable Construction Study (Sept 2009)
This is a joint study with West Oxfordshire District Council, and is intended to provide an evidence based understanding of the local feasibility and potential for decentralised, renewable and low carbon technologies; local targets for decentralised and renewable or low carbon energy; and local requirements for sustainable construction.
