What is Walking Football?
As the name suggests, Walking Football is a slower paced version of the game - you play football, walking! We use smaller pitches and there are plenty of breaks.
It is usually aimed at the over 50s but whilst this inclusive, fun and sociable 5-a-side version of the game is slow-paced it doesn’t detract from the competition – it’s much more than a stroll in the park!
