All on-line training courses are non-refundable once booked
Taught training courses
Over 14 days prior to the course a 100 per cent refund will be given
Less than 14 days prior to the course date 50 per cent refund will be given
For non-attendance 100 per cent course fee payable
Please contact us on the day of the course if you are ill. In this situation or any of the above, at our discretion we may allow you to transfer to the next course
If we cancel the course, a full refund will be provided or a transfer to another course will be offered
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days from date of cancellation
Late attendance for an exam may result in the delegate having to arrange a re-sit
Re-sit costs
Any delegates unsuccessful in the exam, or attending late, may arrange a re-sit. This will be charged at £31.35 (2024/25)
