Draft Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
We consulted on a draft Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) between 23 November and 21 December 2017. The draft SPD sets out our proposed approach to seeking contributions for the delivery of infrastructure required to support development. This includes for transport, education and community facilities and services. Upon adoption, the SPD will be used to support decision making by us as Local Planning Authority.
