The service covers all public sites and roads managed by us. We will:
- Clean town centres and major shopping areas daily
- Regularly clean main roads
- Ensure residential and minor roads are clean
- Remove fly-tips
- Empty litter bins on behalf of town and parish councils
- Help your locally organised litter picking event
- Mechanical road and manual sweeping is scheduled to take place on a regular cycle in heavy-use areas, with reactive sweeping otherwise
- High amenity areas such as town centres are cleansed daily
- Cleaning up spillages
- Cleansing of public convenience
- Removing dead animals
We aim to respond within 48 hours of your complaint.
