Business Rates reductions and relief

Overview

Some properties are eligible for discounts on their business rates. This is called ‘business rates relief’. We can also provide additional discretionary relief if your business meets certain criteria.

Schemes available to apply for are:-

Empty rates
Small Business Rates relief
Rural Rate relief
Charitable and Registered Community Amateur Sports relief
Part occupied relief (Section 44a)
Hardship relief
Retail Rate Relief
Pubs Relief Scheme
Expanded retail, leisure and hospitality
