Oxfordshire County Council Elections 2025
Elections for Oxfordshire County Council are scheduled for 1 May 2025. Cherwell District Council will be running the County Council Elections in the Cherwell District on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council but will be reporting to the Oxfordshire County Council Returning Officer. A centralised count will take place on the 2 May 2025.

The County Council Returning Officer will be holding briefings for prospective candidates and agents Thursday 6 March 2025 at 5pm. Attendance can be virtually or in person at County Hall, Oxford. If you would like to attend the briefing, please email the Cherwell District Council Democratic and Elections Team advising if you will attend in person or virtually (colleagues at OCC will then send the link for virtual attendance).
There are no scheduled elections for the District Council or Parish Councils for 1 May 2025.
