• Banbury Town Council - Calthorpe South ward - 1 seat (by-election)
• Bicester Town Council – 15 seats in the following wards:
  • East ward – 3 seats
  • North ward – 4 seats
  • South ward – 4 seats
  • West ward – 4 seats
• Fritwell – 7 seats
• Kidlington Parish Council
  • Orchard ward – 3 seats
  • Roundham ward – 3 seats
• Somerton – 6 seats (an increase of one due to a recent community governance review)
