Overview

This form enables taxi drivers (HCD) and private hire drivers to make the following changes to their licence:

• Update address details
• Update name
• Replace paper part of licence
• Replace photo card (badge) part of licence
• Replace taxi internal/external plate
• Make any other alterations

Taxi internal licence Plate	£12.50
Replacement Paper Licence	£17.00
