Site PR8: Land East of the A44
A consultation on the draft development brief, relating to an allocated site within the Local Plan Partial Review, took place from 22 November 2023 – 20 December 2023. Following the consultation, a table of comments was produced.
A further consultation took place between 19 July 2024 to 9 August 2024 on the version taken to the Planning Committee on 21 March 2024 together with a finalised spreadsheet of comments, responses and changes.

Draft Development Brief – public consultation
Following a review of all comments, the Development Brief will be adopted, updated and published and will then be a material consideration in the determination of any future planning applications for the site.
